Imagine all the abandoned properties and bank accounts after Covid pandemic. No descendants to inherit the property either. They can't take it with them when they die. Inflation will drop. Those who want to repent in Jesus name, receive the Holy Spirit in your heart, the conviction of the Holy Spirit guides you out of sin continuously and forever. John 14:16-17

Your stock picks so far are doing well, but can you make a video where you trade and grow a portfolio? I came by an investor that made a profit of $400k within a few months from $150,000 and I'd love to learn how I could achieve such profit level

The one effective technique I use is staying in touch with a financial consultant or advisor for guidance, it might sound basic or generic, but getting in touch with a financial adviser was how I was able to outperform the market during the pandemic and raise a profit of roughly $250,000 within 3 months of reaching out to her

One of the many I took advantage of over the years so far 😉 Just to add up : there are some apps and softwares out there, that can help organise or structure the process, and (as such) help building those behavioural changes you mentioned. Mine is YNAB (to be clear, I’m just a regular customer), but there are other options. It definitely helps.

This video was great! As a current masters student my debt is 🥴 but I have taken some small steps to help so it doesn’t become too much by the time I graduate: -Door Dash. This is a flexible job that allows me some extra income. Most places are desperate for help right now (literally so many fast food chains and stuff where I live have to close extra days because they don’t have enough staff), so if I needed to not use my car so much I could probably switch over to a part time job that will work around my schedule as well. Right now is the BEST time to find a job with everyone out of work and not wanting to go back because of unemployment (which sucks for them because that will end too and they might still be out of work). -Because I can’t afford $1000 in savings (which is a great idea if you can), I put 20% of all of my paychecks in savings -I will have two credit cards and refuse to get any more no matter what. Any others won’t be necessary but these are both for emergencies. My car repairs have been mighty expensive and will probably always be so I have one for car repairs only. The other one, which I hope to get soon, will be for any other EMERGENCIES (buying a new tv is not an emergency). I’m talking about a hospital visit, my car credit card can’t cover all the expense of a repair, etc. -I also have a set budget which is the absolute maximum I can spend. When I graduate and have a full time job, I will have to increase it a little to afford housing, 401k, etc. but what isn’t in savings or in my budget will go straight to loans. Matt is so right. It’s scary to look now, but it will be more terrifying to look later and realize how much interest you’ve collected on loans. Plan now and stick to it knowing that once you’re out of debt you can actually buy things you like/enjoy without the worry of debt (obviously make sure you can pay for those things without borrowing money first).

I would add that some expenses are worth paying and some are not. The difficulty is to know which is which. For example: paying for a good quality mattress IMO is ok because this often means a betters sleep and more energy throughout the day. Paying for one more expensive shirt that I will wear instead of buying three shirts I don't actually like and won't wear (and probably I'll be looking for a fourth one) is also ok. But buying a new outfit for jogging instead of using what I already have (especially if I'm not a pro athlete), buying new shoes, instead of repairing the old ones - these are not financially the best decisions to make.

Now im only 18, but I finally started looking at my spending habits seriously. I got curious one sleepless night as to how investing worked, after briefly doing research i was rewatching some of your old finance videos i had watched with little interest before. This motivated me a lot. SO, I took my past months spending and compared it to my bi-weekly pay check and realized generally over half of that money is out the door on food, hobbies, and entertainment before i even check my account. With that in mind, i have started working towards a budget that is reasonable and should result in healthier habits in the future. The hardest part is actually sticking to it.

I had friends in highschool whose parents lived well and always had multiple new cars in the driveway, but when they went to college they got no money from their parents. It was eye-opening when I realized they were affording their lifestyle through debt. I was naive enough as a teen to assume people who didn't have money all cut back and planned their spending. Turns out many people around me were struggling just like we were with much more income because they could not make sacrifices in the short term.

I'm bad at keeping the money I have, once I get my paycheck I always want to buy so many things so one thing I did is to create separate accounts, "financial projects" for the long-term goals I have - trips, paying back my student loan, emergency funds, buying better tools for design... I have done that for the last 6 months and I'm pretty sure my loan will be paid back around 2023 even though I have until 2033 to pay it back, I finally have enough money to allow myself a one month trip abroad even if I don't get paid vacations. I still use my credit card but I pay it back right after spending, because I get money back with it. The money I have on my account is the money I know I can use and it's greatly thanks to your finance videos !
